Temporary/Temp-To-Hire
Vacations, sick days, work overflow and special projects are all reasons why companies need temporary help. If you have had trouble with temp agencies in the past, you need to contact us. We will take a very specific job order and through that discussion we will also become familiar with your company...the corporate culture, the operations, the personnel and any special requirements that you may have.
Unlike many temp agencies, we will not send you just a warm body. If we cannot fill your order with a qualified temporary employee, we will tell you. We will always follow-up to make sure that the employee is "filling the bill." If not, we will replace the employee for you.
Hiring the wrong employee can be VERY expensive for a business. Why not "try the shoe on before you buy it?" That is, hire an employee on a "temp-to-hire" basis to make sure that the employee possesses the skills required to do the job adequately, has the personality to fit well into the company and maintains the same "culture" as the Client company.
Simply put, Applied Staffing Solutions LLC can provide you with this service. All you do is tell us what you want, we recruit and screen candidates and then provide you with a "short-list" off of which you make your selection. That employee is working for you but is technically the employee of Applied Staffing Solutions LLC for 90 days. Applied Staffing Solutions LLC pays all of the payrolls costs while you have a chance to evaluate the employee. After 90 days, the employee can be converted to your payroll AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
What a deal! You get to try the employee out at no risk to you. If the person does not work out, let us know and we notify the employee. Sometimes it takes more than one try to find the right "match" and by that time all concerned have benefited from the program.
