Pre-Screening - Interviewing
How many times in your recruiting and hiring experience have you run
an ad,
gotten 60+ resumes, reduced that number to 20 and then spent all of
the time,
money and resources in interviewing those 20 candidates to end up with
5 or 6
candidates that you REALLY want to spend time with and interview "in
depth."
Applied Staffing Solutions LLC can help you with this project through
our
"Pre-Screening and Interview" service. Simply put, you give
us the "reduced 20"
candidates mentioned above and we do all of the interviewing. At the
same time, we will check references, verify their I9s and confirm their
Social Security status.
After interviewing, we provide you with a short list of 5 or 6 finalists
(whatever number you, the client, wants) and then you can interview
the candidates and obviously hire whoever.
After you decide which candidate you want to hire, you can either place them on your payroll or you may want to consider "payrolling" them through Applied Staffing Solutions LLC for a short period of time to make sure that you have hired the "right" person.
The charge for "pre-screening/interviewing" is $50 per interview, which includes a reference check, I9 verification and confirmation of Social Security status.
